How fast are the alerts?

Alerts are delivered in under 1 second via email, Slack, Telegram, or webhooks. Business plans include 1-minute check intervals for near-instant detection.

What are the API rate limits?

The REST API supports up to 120 requests per minute on the Business plan (30/min on Starter, 60/min on Pro) with full access to instant checks, batch testing, server CRUD, incident management, and usage analytics.

How is my data secured?

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. VPN configs are stored with AES-256-GCM encryption and never shared. We follow industry best practices for security and compliance.
